Back in 1993, HVAC technician Neel Warren saw that there was an opportunity in his community. He noticed that there was a growing need for honest and fair home improvement services in his community in Eastern Texas. That’s when he embarked on a journey to open his family-owned and operated business, Warren Service Co.
Years later in the late 2000s, he taught his son, James Warren, everything he knew about HVAC systems. As a student of business at university, James soaked up all the information that his dad shared with him. He knew that it was valuable, and once he finished school he decided to join his dad.
James was confident in his newly acquired business acumen, coupled with his father’s extensive HVAC knowledge and years of experience– the pair decided to fully commit. In 2010, James joined the family business. James claims that he and his father work well together and that they are each other’s “yin and yang.”

A Growing Family Business
Since then, Warren Service Co. has expanded to include multiple service arms. We still specialize in our highly coveted heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services. However, over the years and as the team grew, we added electrical and plumbing services.
Today, Warren Service Co. is proud to be East Texas’s one-stop shop for all things home systems.
